This is the “getting to know you” phase of the project.
It is at this stage that we do the necessary research to determine
the project’s goals, objectives, scope, budget, resource requirements,
and approximate timeframe. In this phase we also determine which people,
departments, or business units we need to involve in the project and conduct
an in-depth business process analysis of all impacted areas of the company.
We basically prepare all of our tools in order to increase our familiarity
with our customer’s requirements and unique needs. The project team does its
due diligence from the beginning to reduce surprises and also to build
a roadmap for product implementation, installation, and deployment.
