Implementation Strategy

Phase 1- Engage

This is the “getting to know you” phase of the project. It is at this stage that we do the necessary research to determine the project’s goals, objectives, scope, budget, resource requirements, and approximate timeframe. In this phase we also determine which people, departments, or business units we need to involve in the project and conduct an in-depth business process analysis of all impacted areas of the company. We basically prepare all of our tools in order to increase our familiarity with our customer’s requirements and unique needs. The project team does its due diligence from the beginning to reduce surprises and also to build a roadmap for product implementation, installation, and deployment.

Phase 2- Assess

This phase is a deeper progression of the engagement phase. After completing a Project Requirements document, we use assessment tools to analyze the customer data that we gathered in phase 1 to define how the project will be completed within our system. Next, an assessment meeting is held with the project lead and other decision makers to discuss the final project document that outlines the implementation and defines in a clear and concise way the project summary, requirements, list of key deliverables and estimated dates of completion. Lastly, the final contract is adjusted accordingly and approved by both parties.

Phase 3- Plan

At this point, using the information collected in the first two phases, we determine exactly how we will execute the exact tasks we need to perform to reach the project goals. We also determine when the implementation and deployment teams will complete the project by creating a task list and categorizing it into actionable items with an approximate schedule for each individual task.

Phase 4- Implement and Deploy

Now that the project phase has been entered into the groundwork is complete.[Text Wrapping Break]During this phase our implementation and deployment engineers carry out what has been planned. This phase includes installation of hardware, software and patch files at client sites, branches, or other sites. In each step of this phase necessary documentation is prepared for future testing, support, troubleshooting and future modifications and expansions.

Phase 5- Evaluate and Test

We must ensure that the new system meets our client’s expectations, therefore evaluation and testing is crucial to the project. We test and evaluate the new system against the project document through the most powerful industry tools available to make sure that every task in the project has been completed successfully and the expected benefits will be delivered.

Phase 6- Train and Educate

A necessary task following the evaluation and testing phase is to familiarize the client with the new system by providing training sessions to designated individuals who will be in direct contact with the new system.

Phase 7- Support and Follow-up

Once a new system has been implemented, our technical support center takes a proactive approach regarding customer support and vendor management to provide the highest level of technical expertise through variety of support options, including:

  • • Tailored On-Site Support
  • • Outsourcing Multi-Tiered Support
